🏭Pool Factory

The Return Pool Factory is used to deploy new return pools. Pool creation is decoupled from the pool manager in order to decrease overall contract size and improve ease of upgradeability and support the addition of new types of pools. The factory contract has no publicly callable functions. It is strictly called by the Pool Manager to deploy new Return Pools
